When people ask me to explain coaching, I tell them it’s like seeing someone who is trapped in a room discover different ways to get out- they open doors they knew were there but were afraid to open, and discover doors they never knew existed.
It’s a collaborative and transformational process that involves broadening perspectives, sitting in both familiar and unfamiliar feelings and exploring possibilities.

It was a Monday in September. I had a breakfast meeting and then went into the office. I received really bad news. My first call was to Nicole. She immediately brought me back to center. I have spent many years looking for a connection in a life coach or therapist. One that won’t judge me. One where I could express my feelings. One where I could be vulnerable.
